Preference Setting

A4Desk Flash Video Player comes with standard settings for Location of Video Achieve, Project Folder and Publishing Folder. However you can change these settings and customize video player to suit your requirements.

To change default settings

1. From the Tool menu click Preference. The Preference dialog opens.
   
2. To change the default folders for any of the video, project and Publish folders click the Browse folderbutton located at the right end of the field. The Browse For Folder dialog opens.
   
3. Browse and navigate to a folder of your choice or click Make New Folder to create a new folder.
4. Click OK.
5. To show the folder which published last time check the box "Use last folder I publish my project"
6. To show the folder which saved last time check the box "Use last folder I save project"
7. Uncheck "Do not prompt overwrite on publish" to display the overwrite warning when you publish in the same folder.
   
8. Default Conversion Quality: Compact, Standard, Best
   
   select one of the three radio button to default the conversion quality when importing the files from windows (showed below)
   
9. Store converted video in Archive
10. Click OK.
